Terms & Policies

DESCRIMINATION:

Absolutely none and I won’t stand for it in my practice. All communities welcome. My space is a safe space for healing. I welcome and do my best to hold space for all vulnerabilities, emotions, expressions, races, and identities. I expect the same from my clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All scheduling changes due to sickness symptoms will be allowed penalty-free.

I do ask for a COURTESY 48 hour cancellation/ reschedule notice—or as soon as you know that you’ll need to adjust your booking. I’m super flexible! Barring illness or an actual life emergency, less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled session fee. No-shows and sessions cancelled just before the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full session rate.

If I have to cancel due to sickness symptoms I will do my best to reschedule everyone to the best of my abilities.

HYGENE:

I commit to offering a hygienic, welcoming, and grounded environment. I ask that my clients reciprocate the courtesy by arriving to the session reasonably bathed and not currently afflicted by any infectious, contagious condition. As always, my space, equipment, and shared surfaces will be freshly cleaned for each session. I ask that my clients wash or sanitize their hands before our session.

FACILITIES:

My office is in a shared wellness space. Please be mindful of your energy and volume levels. I am office #203. I am located on the main (second) floor, up a long set of stairs on the right side of the building. I do apologize as there is no elevator. Bicycles can be locked up out front to one of the many bike racks on Piedmont Ave. My office is climate controlled, has a window, and a HEPA air filter for that extra freshness.

BOOKING & PAYMENT PROCEDURES:

I am pleased to offer online booking. Please book online and then pay in person at your session. Cash is always my favorite though I also gladly accept checks, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and crypto. Receipts are available upon request. Outcall sessions must be booked personally with me, as I do not typically offer them.

ETHICS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

I am CAMTC board certified as a Certified Massage Therapist. My certification # is 76631. I am professionally insured by ABMP and operate under their national code of ethics.

I offer non-sexual massage and have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual advances.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE:

I reserve the right to terminate a session or refuse service for any reason, with or without refund.
